Make-Up & Refund Policies

GENERAL CANCELLATION & MAKE-UP POLICY: 

· 24-hour cancellation notice is required or player(s) will be charged in full for their lesson or court time

· To be eligible for a makeup, players must complete and submit an online "Absence Notification Form" 

· Makeups are not guaranteed 

· There are no credits or refunds for missed classes

REFUND POLICY:  

· If an applicant removes him/herself from a WTC program for any reason, including injury or illness of any kind, or if WTC removes the applicant from a WTC program at the sole discretion of WTC Management, applicant remains liable for the full cost of the session or season and is not eligible for a refund of any kind. 

PRO-RATE POLICY

· WTC does not prorate program costs until the 4th week of the session or season.

· If a player enrolls after the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd week of the season, player may be eligible for guaranteed makeups for those missed classes.

· If a player enrolls as of the 4th week of the program or later, WTC will prorate the program cost and add a 5% late-start fee.
