I (we) agree that the facilities of the center will be used at my (our) own risk and will not hold the center responsible for liability of any kind or nature, including personal injury in connection with the use of the courts and facilities. This release applies individually and jointly to other players, friends or family members. I further understand that WTC retains the rights to any photographs or video taken at the facility to be used for publicity or advertising. Credit to be applied at management’s discretion.

CANCELLATIONS: Notice of closing due to inclement weather or emergency will be posted on our website and voicemail message. Captains may cancel their court for religious or other reasons with at least two (2) days' notice to the front desk.

MAKE-UPS: Make-ups are available for times when Westchester Tennis Center is closed or when the Captain has previously canceled. Make-ups are at the discretion of WTC and must be completed during the season. Please schedule at the front desk.

PRO-INSTRUCTION: Teaching professionals who are not WTC employees are not permitted to teach ON SEASONAL COURTS.

Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required to hold the court with the balance due by September 1, 2021.
